The 50 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program at Divine Yoga Foundation which is one of the finest yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India is a 7-day, 6-night Yoga TTC program. This brief TTC program enables those interested in studying the arts of yoga in a structured and holistic manner. The program covers the fundamental basic foundation that is useful for beginners or those who have been practicing yoga as a hobby. Our school strives to instill a depth of understanding and practice in the fundamentals of yoga studies. The program is intended to integrate body, mind, and breath practices to provide students with a well-rounded yoga education that will inspire them in their personal and spiritual growth.
The curriculum focuses on the fundamental elements of yoga, such as pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. Our school focuses on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles of asana practice. Students will train six days per week, with one day off. On this day of rest, our school organizes a half-day excursion for students, which may include visits to one of Rishikesh’s sacred sites. The rest day is usually on a Sunday, but it may be moved to a weekday during peak season in Rishikesh to avoid tourists and traffic.
