The 7-Day Pranayama and Breath Retreat will take place over 7 days and 6 nights at the Divine Yoga Center which is the best yoga school in Rishikesh, India. While the retreat explores the main program, the practice of pranayama, the program also includes daily yoga asanas, relaxation, and meditation practices to balance the practice of the student. For asana practice, our school focuses on the Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles of Asana. Students will receive 6 days of instruction, including 1 day off per week. On weekends, our school organizes a half-day trip for our students to visit one of the holy places in Rishikesh. Public holidays are usually Sundays, but during peak season in Rishikesh, it may be changed to a weekday to avoid tourist crowds and traffic. The excursion consists of visiting Vashishtha Cave or Kunjapuri Temple. Excursions can go to different places in some cases.
